You know how sometimes you know its so cold, but don’t feel it cause the thought of launching a new 10 day travel is so warming. Legs quiver, but not for the cold, but the restless energy. The train is late, but not so much to have made us leave later than planned. The wait is not intolerable. The coffee is finishing, will the loo be clean?

Koksar is a nondescript little highway stop on way to Leh from Manali, where your driver wont stop unless you specifically ask him to. If you do, then do ask for this coffee, which looks awesome on this brightly blue table.
Don’t ask for pakoras though. Dont even ask “whats there to eat?” The dhaba guy might even answer “ME” to that.
